Qualified Staff. Chip Darius has been an Instructor for the OSHA Training Institute Region 1 (New England) Education Center since 2002, and is Adjunct Faculty for both Keene State College and Fitchburg State University. He is an Ives Certified Trainer for mobile equipment operators of forklifts, rough terrain forklifts, MEWPs, aerial boom lifts, scissor lifts, loaders, backhoes and skidsteers, and a Genie certified trainer for aerial boom lifts, scissor lifts, MEWPs, and telehandlers. Chip has also served as safety advisor to the US Agency for International Development (USAID), Connecticut Business & Industry Association (CBIA), Teikyo Post University Department of Environmental Sciences, and the University of Connecticut Occupational & Environmental Safety studies program. Participants consistently score Chip's training programs as excellent in course evaluations.
